White Gables is more than one of Summerville's most recognizable neighborhoods. It has been my home for over 24 years.
White Gables is known for its distinctive Lowcountry-inspired architecture, tree-lined streets, sidewalks and strong neighborhood identity. Homes vary considerably by location, design, size, condition and updates, which makes neighborhood-specific knowledge especially important when buying or selling here.

White Gables has a character that is difficult to appreciate from listing photos alone. The neighborhood's architecture, streetscape and community design give it a distinctive feel within the Summerville market. Buyers are often drawn to its tree-lined streets, sidewalks, traditional Lowcountry-inspired homes and convenient location near Downtown Summerville.
One of the things buyers should understand is that White Gables homes are not interchangeable. Location within the neighborhood, floor plan, lot, garage configuration, renovations, condition and other individual characteristics can all affect value. Two homes with similar square footage may compete very differently in the market.
If you're considering buying in White Gables, I can help you look beyond the asking price and understand how a particular home compares with recent neighborhood sales and current competition.
Because I live here and have represented buyers and sellers throughout the neighborhood, I can provide both the MLS data and the firsthand neighborhood context that can be difficult to get from a general real estate search.
The listings on this page are pulled directly from the MLS and show homes currently available in White Gables.
Pricing a White Gables home correctly requires more than looking at the average price per square foot for Summerville.
When I evaluate a home here, I look closely at the most relevant White Gables sales, current competition, location within the neighborhood, floor plan, condition, improvements, lot characteristics, days on market, price reductions and the features buyers have been responding to.
My goal is not simply to give a homeowner the highest suggested price. It is to determine the pricing and marketing strategy most likely to accomplish the seller's actual goal.
If you're considering selling, I can prepare a neighborhood-specific market analysis showing how your home compares with the properties buyers are seeing right now.
White Gables is not simply one of the neighborhoods I market. It has been my home for 24 years.
My MLS history includes 18 residential transactions in White Gables through August 2026, representing both buyers and sellers throughout the neighborhood. During the most recent five-year period alone, I represented 13 White Gables residential transactions, including 11 seller-side transactions.
That experience gives me a detailed understanding of how homes in White Gables compete with one another, which differences buyers value, how pricing affects activity and why some homes sell more quickly than others.
I also continuously follow new listings, pending sales, closed sales, price changes and other market activity within White Gables so that my clients are making decisions based on what is happening in the neighborhood rather than broad Summerville averages.
The White Gables market changes throughout the year as inventory, interest rates, buyer demand and competing homes change. For that reason, I prefer current MLS data over static online estimates when evaluating a property.
If you own a home in White Gables and would like to know what it could realistically sell for in today's market, I can prepare a detailed White Gables market analysis using the most relevant recent sales and current competition.
Whether you're thinking about buying your first home in White Gables, moving within the neighborhood or preparing to sell, I'm happy to be a resource.
